Sparrow Children's Choir
Our children's choir is a uniquely designed program that Meastro Uwe Lieflander developed to instruct children. We have packed the high caliber of music that our founder's education, background and experience have gathered, into something available and accessable to the parish and school level. It is designed to unlock in the regular "little Johnny" the intrinsic dignity and nobility that was created in him. After a mere few weeks all our students come out of our classrooms delighted in the dignigty they have discoved within and impress siblings, parents, teachers and pastors with the professional music that radiates from them. "My son never sang before and we didn't think he had any gift for it. Now we hear Mozart flooding out of the shower every morning." shared a father of one of our students. This is the whole approch that our Maestro has "There are no tone deaf people...it takes a professional choral director to know and apply a few simple tricks to unlock the voice and you are home free...a most beautiful voice issues from the children's throats. Our program is a complete pedagogical system that envelopes the whole child and develops the full spectrum of music education from breathing to annunciation, from theory to music history.
Parishes
We bring the beauty of Mozart and Bruckner back into your parish. We make these greats come streaming out of your doors. We complete with our music the experience of liturgy as it was ment to be. We worked with a mayor, who admitted to the evangelical work this music is. "I am not a church going man, but if you start singing this stuff, I won't be able to help myself but come. I was raised Catholic you know."
We can offer a whole music program, from children's choirs to adult choirs and cover all the Masses and special events of the parish or we can incorporate into the current musical package and be one of the rotating choirs.
Our program is a wonderful youth program in a parish. It is total formation and catechisis of a person, even to the celular level, forming our young people in the truth at the essence of thier being, knowing God in a way no other form of instruction can reach. Plus, our children claim they have the most fun in our program of all their activities of the week. Because we anchor our instruction in the dignity of the human person and reward of the honest achievement of each child they are naturally thrilled with the results and hooked on growing more and more.
Schools
From the moment our teachers step into the room they capture the focus of each child, even upto 80 students at a time. Our instructional stlye will rivet each one for the duration of the period. We incorporate special needs children with ease and honor the dignity they represent. Music has been studied and proven to increase academic achievment, general behavior and be a key ingredient in making the leaders of tomorrow. Because of our ability to offer high caliber trianing to the level of evey student, our program offers participation in an excelence in education to everyone - elitism for the comom man.
Our program operates in many ways: as a once a week, all day instruction in the school, rotating through all the grades, one period at a time, for the full period. We provide all the instruction, matierials, involved; we are a complete package. We incourage teacher and parent participation, they often can't help but stay in the room.

Afterschool Program
They can't get enough of us, so we have an afterschool program to give it to them. It helps fill out the music program to the full potencial of every child. We offer 11/2 hours once or twice a week right after school. We include a snack and recess time.
