The Sacred Music Society (SMS) is a world renowned performing arts and educational society.
We offer in-school and after-school programs for children grades 1 - 8, adult choral groups, and a training program to form future instructors for our programs. We offer a unique instructional method for instilling love of sacred and traditional music in our students.
With the musical heritage of traditional Sacred Music, the Sacred Music Society has an artistic repertoire ranging from Gregorian Chant through classical music to contemporary compositions, and specially commissioned works by gifted composers. The Sacred Music Society is a fully incorporated, not-for-profit choir organization. We seek to preserve and nurture classical sacred music by providing musical education programs for children, youth and adults and with performance of these marvellous choral orchestral works in both concert and in the liturgical setting.
